Agile Days Success: 276 Participants, Real Stories, Next Level

276 participations - 38 speakers - R.O.T.I. (*) score of 4.4

In November 2024, Elia Group's Agile Chapter organised the 3rd edition of the Agile Days, our yearly internal conference. The main difference with a "regular" conference : most talks come from the field. Developers, PO's, stakeholders, come on stage to share their experience through testimonials. Practice over theory. The more "theory-based" sessions are there to complete the practical talks, in a way. 🔀

This approach helps making sure we propose sessions that are applicable to our context, our field, and fitting with the company culture. Not just some vague concepts "that would never work here anyway 💁‍♂️". The aftermovie captures the energy of the day and the immediate feedback from some participants 🔥 (and the song is a banger, right? 🎶)

In the first week of December, we're back! And even better : we're not back ALONE. We're pairing up with the UX/UI Chapter for "Agile & UX Days" that will be fully integrated in Elia Group's Innovation Week. Under the theme "Designing the Future, Iterating Together", we want to step up our game while keeping what made these days a success 😊 We are currently designing the agenda of both sessions (Berlin & Brussels) and the excitement is getting reaaaaaaal! 🔥

Elia Group people, who's in? 🙋

Bianka Tufekovic Charlotte Andriani Morgane Dugauthier Cathryn McAnespy Eva Mertens Frank Schneider Thomas Rafflin Fabrizio Vinci Olivier Masset Kirstin Hackemesser let's rock it! 💥

⭐️ Rachel Dubois ⭐️ - here's more about what we discussed yesterday 😊
