Celebrating ERA's final event and organizational transformation

When I joined Elia Group 2 years ago, I was immediately assigned to the ERA Product Cluster, on data-related teams.

Yesterday, we hosted the last ERA event ever and for the first time, including ALL the ERA members wherever they're coming from. And what a blast it was 😍 Not only we covered the history of ERA but we also took the time to capture what we are keeping with us for our next organizational structure - as our Product Director Ida said yesterday, "If we wait until things get stable to organize something, we end up waiting forever".

Change is the only constant and it was amazing to see everyone connecting and having a HUGE fun yesterday during our team activities 😄

Thanks to all the participants who put all their energy into this great "ERA Summer Strategic Workshop", Sven Dill, Sarah Rohr, Catherine Bonet for being an amazing organizing team, charline masset for the super professional hosting and the wonderful location and Ida Olsen for the trust once again ❤️
