Speaking about Simple OKRs at Journée Agile

I had the honor of sharing feedback on OKRs and was even more honored that this session "OKRs. Simple. Basics" attracted so many attentive, curious, interested and interesting people to turn these 50 minutes into a moment where we didn't just stick to theory but talked about the real cases that matter, the tough things to measure, the metrics we could choose better, the complex organizational situations and the things that are never as obvious as they look on a few PowerPoint slides but that we still need to keep simple, basic. (that was a really long sentence)
