6 Months as a Scrum Master: A Journey of Growth and Gratitude

✔ 𝟲 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛𝗦 ✔
Maybe 6 months is not something you usually celebrate, however it's crazy to realize that I'm today a 6-month old Scrum Master.

Crazy because I learnt and experienced so much in these last 6 months that it feels like a 10-year journey. But also crazy because I'm convinced that it's only the beginning.

After 14 years working in Retail at different positions (Sales, Coaching, Training etc.), stepping a foot in the Agile universe was both a natural and a bold move - it was so crazy and mentally stimulating that I sometimes could hardly fall asleep during the few first weeks 😃

I am also incredibly lucky to have joined such an amazing Squad (in an amazing Tribe) at Telenet and even if they know it, I sometimes hide my love behind my bad jokes so just to set it straight : THANKS GUYS ! We made great work in this homeworking situation and I'm more than happy to see you again next week !

𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝟲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 :

□ Improve my drawing and visual skills
□ Improve my Dutch
□ Reduce the bad jokes
□ Take pictures with the Squad while we are not having drinks

Celebrating my work anniversary. Feeling thankful for this
