Ok, we've all seen enough Will Smith memes this week. But for the Scrum Masters out here who want to do a Retrospective this week, your teams could like this format : not reinventing the wheel here, I took the main elements from known formats as the "Speedboat" or the "Catapult" and just adapted them to this week's hot topic 😊
