Agile Days: When Internal Events Create 100x Impact

2 weeks ago, Elia Group's Agile Chapter organized their yearly Agile Days, a conference open to all Elia Group talents, during which other Elia Group talents share their experience, best practices and use cases about Agility.

During one full day in Berlin and one full day in Brussels, we could feel the warmth and vibe of creativity and passion in the office, participants going from one room to another to gain new knowledge and inspiration. 🔥

I was happy to be a part of it, with several members of the Agile Chapter to make it happen. We can confirm that organizing such events - even internally - takes energy... but gives at least 100x more!
