Breaking the cycle of action points that never happen

Retro action points have a funny way of coming back sprint after sprint when nobody in the room can really make them happen. 😶

The circles of control, influence and concern (thanks Stephen Covey) are a simple way to sort that out with the team: what we decide by ourselves, what we can push for, and what we can only worry about. And once everything is mapped, the conversation shifts quite fast, because the team starts looking for its own part in each problem, even the big ones.
