Building Belgium's Largest Agile Community at Telenet

Working as a Scrum Master for a big company such as Telenet group has one incredible added value : Being a part of a community. 👇

With 57 Scrum Masters, 4 Agile Coaches + 6 supporting roles (Chapter Leads etc.), it might even be the biggest Agile community in Belgium (If it's not, please challenge this in the comments 😀)

Combining our learnings helps us grow our group intelligence in a quick and smooth way.

We collaborate on a Daily basis, have bi-weekly Community Of Practice sessions and once in a while, we also spend time with the whole group in a full afternoon of experience sharing, energizers, simulations, concrete work challenges... and just enjoying good time together. We did that this Monday afternoon, and this aftermovie shows the passion we all share. 🧡
