Building Community Magic Through Agile Celebration

And that's a wrap for another Impact Day of the Agile Chapter at Elia Group!

Today I had the chance to facilitate this session with my fellow Juan Florez. Taking the learnings from the previous sessions into account, we made our best to engage our colleagues for valuable discussions and create the proper vibe and setup to create some magic. And the good thing with a group of Agilists, is that you just need a little sparkle to start a fire of creativity and ideation 🔥

We always take a moment to take a break around a good meal (working in Brussels is 🤯 in this regard). And today was even more special occasion to celebrate, as 2 trainees - Léa Castelain and Lennart Deike - are leaving our Chapter at the end of this week (good luck ❤️), as we have a lot of new joiners these weeks (welcome Marjolein Bresseleers, Luc Fourestier, Sophie Kuypers and Chris Schryvers) , as we could just officially kickstart the Agile Chapter with the launch of our new Operating Model earlier this week... and we certainly won't miss an opportunity to celebrate 😄🍾

At the end of the day, we made good progress on important topics and we feel stronger as a community. Which is the most energizing feeling! 🚀
