Chaos to Clarity: One Backlog to Rule Them All

We're wasting too much time everyday just looking for ourboards on Miro, Mural, Notion, Trello, Jira, Azure DevOps, our sticky notes from that workshop last week, our physical notebook that we used that day we wanted to do sketch noting.

Collecting work items on different sources and backlogs leads to chaos and overhead.

If it sounds familiar, my take is : ONE Backlog is the way to go. You won't go from 10 to 1 in a day, but gradually merging / k*lling your to do's and backlogs into a single source of information will get you closer to this 😊
