Coffee Over Comments: Real Connections Matter

When I embarked on the Agile journey, Serge Huybrechts was one of the first people that I started following on LinkedIn, for his pragmatic wisdom and eagerness to share and support the community. 🤝

Then, in the course of last year when I was a bit angry about flow metrics, I started to follow Rodrigo Sperb who brought his view about flow metrics in a way that made me revisit my opinion and impacted the things I’m currently working on. 📈

So when the opportunity came to have a coffee together, we made it possible! Always an amazing time to meet people in real life for the first time and to have real conversations instead of online interactions.
