Death By Meeting: why your meetings are probably broken

☝️ So I just finished Death By Meeting by Patrick Lencioni. After the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, DBM focuses on meetings and why a certain amount of them completely miss their goal.

Through the eyes of an unusual newcomer in a company, Lencioni tackles one by one the reasons why these meetings are inefficient and, more importantly, proposes a structured solution to overcome this.

Just like in the 5 Dysfunctions, the fact that it’s written as a novel really helps immersing into the experience of the participants… and even if your meetings are not as bad as the ones described in the book, you WILL find similarities and, by extension, solutions to improve it 😊

Once again a great one by Patrick Lencioni - never disappoints.
