Embracing job insecurity as my daily motivation
Goodbye Elia Group! ❤️
Today is the last day of my mission at Elia Group. And as such, also the last day of my very first mission as a freelancer.
2 years ago, I decided to switch from 19 years on Telenet group's payroll to the insecure world of freelancing.
As strange as it seems, I love my job insecurity. My client could end my contract in just one day. And they don't. I take it as the daily proof that they consider my work valuable. This insecurity became my energy booster! 😊
So while I couldn't help shedding a little tear yesterday on my last office day with my lovely Elia colleagues, I'm leaving this mission with the same energy as when I started it. 🔥
Thanks Elia, let's make sure we meet again! 😘
