Finding Joy and Connection When Times Get Challenging

Challenging times right ? Both emotionally and practically I mean - All the plans that everybody prepared for the Christmas period got kicked in the legs, endangered, cancelled, to a point that it almost becomes difficult to look forward to something.

That's why I'm so happy that our team managed to take some Christmas-scented time together this week, with Secret Santa gifts under the tiny Christmas tree, a Christmas Retrospective, decorations, fortune cookies and good laughs. A 100% smiling and energizing session, best moment of the week by far.

2021 is coming to an end, 2022 here we come ! 💪
