First-Time Speakers Bring Fresh Energy to Conferences

Every experienced conference speaker was once a first-time conference speaker. And I ❤️ when conferences have a good mix of experienced ones and new ones.

This year again, it was the case at the XP Days Benelux, and I took this opportunity to capture the feelings of Hanne Verbeeck and Deborah Nerinckx who both did their first steps there... and referring to their reaction immediately after their session, it should not be the last ones! 😊
