Fresh Scrum Masters, Don't Skip These Retro Fundamentals

POV: You're a fresh Scrum Master hyped up by the hundreds of super cool and fancy retrospective formats you've seen online and in Agile conferences. You're finally ready to bring your energy and creativity to the team you've just joined. 🤩

Some things to keep in mind though:

→ Meet people where they are. Unless you have a specific reason to be disruptive, you will usually do better by using your fun toolbox progressively
→ Treat people like adults. It's a life lesson in general.
→ Fun for fun is good. Fun for purpose is better. For every activity you're planning to do you should have a clear "Why"
→ Treat people like adults. Again.
