From Guest Speaker to Host: A Full-Circle Agile Days Moment

What a day! 🤯

It was such a honor to host Elia Group's Belgian edition of Agile Days 2024. What made it so special is that the first time I entered this building, a bit less than one year ago, it was for their Agile Days as well - as an external guest speaker. I told the rest of the story a few times already 😊

We’ve been working on this edition for quite some time with a group of Agile Chapter members - Thomas Rafflin, Frank Schneider, Alain VANDERBEKE, Marie Senioutovitch-Berejny, Morgane Dugauthier to only name a few, in addition to all the "buddies" who took care of the speakers, the strong arms who prepared everything onsite yesterday while some us were coming back from the Berlin edition... the invisible work of such an event is huuuuuuuuuuge! Kudos to Olivier Masset who give us his trust - we took care of your baby! 😊

So yeah, it was quite some work. But giving this effort is totally worth it when you get such positive energy in return. Energizing people before a keynote of Artur Margonari 🎤 is probably overkill, but I had an amazing time setting the scene in front of such a packed room. And following the sessions during the day convinced me of something : the in-house quality of knowledge and expertise is also huuuuuuuuuuge! 🔥
