From OKR Practitioner to Certified OKR Leader in 5 Weeks

Super thrilled to end this week as a certified OKR Leader! 🔥

Right after getting my OKR Practitioner certification just 5 weeks ago, I immediately enrolled to the Leadership course from OKR Institute.

During these 5 weeks, we deep dived our newly acquired OKR knowledge. But between drafting great OKR's and increasing their adoption in a company, there is a huge gap that we covered in this course.
