Getting Paid to Talk: Why Coffee Conversations Matter

Yes, and I'm convinced that it's a very valuable way to spend time in my first days at Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center Maastricht NV.

Starting a new mission always offers a priceless gift : an empty agenda (well, almost). The people working around me in the office are the ones who will be stakeholders, users or colleagues of the team I'm supporting. From experience, a lot of wasted effort and misalignment comes from assumptions and miscommunication. So if a couple of coffees a day can help me clarify things and build some human connection at the same time, I'm totally up for it 😊
