Going the Extra Mile: Making Complex IoT Solutions Tangible
How do you explain the scope of your team? 💡
Panoptic, one of the teams I'm a part of, took the opportunity of Elia Group's Innovation Fair to create a visual support to represent what we do… in a way that we could describe as "going the extra mileS" 📈
Explaining specific IoT solutions to people who are totally not familiar with it often seems a bit vague so in order to replicate in a tangible way the ACCPlatform (collaboration with another amazing team, ACC2.0), the team went full-in : 3D-Modelling, 3D-Printing, Painting, coding 3 interactive games to represent specific situations. 🧱
As a result, we had during those 2 days very interesting conversations, and at the end a colleague even came to me to say "I finally understood what Panoptic is doing" 😄
This - definitely next level - experience proves once again the importance of visual support in storytelling… and also that passion can make you do crazy things! 😅
Kudos to my Panoptic teammates (Bart Van Itterbeeck, Vehid Metovic, Maissaa Rharrab, Mathias Buelens, Julien Fontaine, Nina Arens, Douglas Masson Soares, Pirlouit Provis, Xavier Dechamps / Damien Archambault--Roy and our newest member Bernaud Toukam) and our ACC2.0 friends (Diederik Moers, Ebert Kiekens, Adrien FAURITE, Michelle Driesen, Tanguy Demol, Brieuc Charpentier, Sander Verdonck) for this awesome realization and for the amazing collaboration we're having since I joined Elia Group in May 🙌
