How I Conquered Imposter Syndrome: Stop Trusting Only Senior Voices

This is probably the thing that helped me fight Imposter Syndrome the most.

In the past I tended to just believe that I was wrong whenever I was not aligned with what higher graded people were saying or thinking. Except that… whatever our role, experience or title is, we’re just trying our best - take directions and decisions based on what we THINK are the right ones. 💡
