How Internal Conferences Amplify Organizational Learning

Last week, the Digital teams of Telenet group organized their own internal conference. What started as a "We should do some sessions to share the learnings from the conference some of us joined" turned into a full-day experience with multiple topics, starting with an inspiring keynote from Jef Cumps and ending with a open-heart debate about Digital Inclusion and Equity.

One of the numerous advantages of working at a big company is that the common knowledge is evergrowing and you can just learn internally by reaching out to your colleagues.

Not taking any credits here, as I just joined the session as a participant - but I wanted to compile some moments in this aftermovie, so it motivates us to do another one next year 😬

Who deserves the credits though, is the whole Digital community of Telenet group, all the colleagues who took the time to prepare interesting topics and obviously Daniel Zerkowitz who took the lead in organizing this... should I also mention that it's his birthday today ? 😀 That deserves an extra round of applause !
