How to Build Habits That Actually Stick
Full of good intentions about improving your daily routine but you drop it all after a few days? This one is for you 👇
Lately, I tried to put in place some intentional habits in my daily routine. Some sticked, some didn't. So I looked for solutions to maximise the chances to keep them on the long run. In a nutshell :
👉 Make it small : Don't overcommit, go for small daily commitments
👉 Stick it : To something that you're already doing daily.
👉 Restart fast : It doesn't matter how fast or often you drop : what matters is how fast you will go again
I know it's back to school season and not new years's eve but the post-holiday period is ideal to assess what to keep or kill in your daily life. So, what's your next move? 😊
