Kickstarting Teams: Embracing the Joy of New Beginnings

As Scrum Masters, we often repeat the famous quote "Stop starting, start finishing". However, I must confess that I have a true passion for starting new things and especially kickstarting new teams.

Yesterday we spent the day officially kickstarting a new Scrum team. As People Interaction > Tools & Processes, we spent the day getting to know each other, discussing and highlighting each other's expectations and are now ready to get into business ! Even though most of these new friends already worked together in the past, it was awesome to see new energies, new collaborations, new growth opportunities and the same passion for building something great together in the next few weeks and months.

I raise my glass to this new team that I'm excited to be a part of and to all my new colleagues !
