Less is More: My New Home Office Motto

After every holiday, I change something in my homeworking setup.

Keep: "Stop Starting, Start Finishing" (some things will always stay relevant)
Out: "Progress over Perfection"
In: "Less is More"

It's my wife's favorite motto (we share the same office 😄) and it feels more and more relevant to me as well.

In a world where we always aim for more, we tend to just create more noise. More shiny things that are obsolete in 2 days. 🤷🏻‍♂️

This one is a constant reminder that impact doesn't come from doing more. It comes from removing what's in the way. Less meetings, less WIP, less noise.
