Leveling Up: PSPO II Certification and Product Owner Growth

Starting this week by passing the Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification from Scrum.org 🙌

Working with several Product Owners on a daily basis highlighted some gaps in my understanding of the role. I was used to focus on Backlog Management and their positioning with their Product Teams and the stakeholders, but in these last few months I explored more and more the user adoption and product positioning aspects. I'm pretty sure that without reading about Evidence-Based Management during the weekend, I would have not been able to pass this exam 😅

Happy to learn about these new principles that will help me support Product Owners in making their product grow in an incremental way 😊
