Leveling Up OKR Expertise: From Practitioner to Leader

A few weeks ago, I decided to upskill my OKR knowledge by joining the OKR Practitioner course with OKR Institute.

Thanks to the knowledge and training skills of Dirk Coetsee and the active participation of my fellow co-participants, I'm happy that after these 5 weeks, I'm now more confident about how I can support a company (starting with Elia Group of course 😊) with their OKR implementation. I said "support" for now, as it's the current phase of my learning : I immediately subscribed to the OKR Leadership Course to then be able to lead OKR implementations... let's take it to the next level! 😊
