Make Daily Stand-ups Count: Decide and Act on Blockers

This post on r/agile about forgotten blockers reminded me of all the time spent (and lost) in Dailies that ended without a single decision or any useful information shared 🥲

Take decisions during the Daily and focus on what you can act on, as a team, like solving blockers. It doesn't matter how you track them (flagging the ticket, a to do on a shared team board...) as long as you do it and follow up.
