Morning Workouts: Your Secret Weapon for Daily Energy & Focus

Planning my workouts in the morning is the best thing I found to feel fully energized for the rest of the day. 🔥
It's probably easy to say for someone who loves waking up early and can switch from deep sleep to full energy in 3 minutes, I admit. But even for whom it's less natural, squeezing a little workout in your agenda is worth the effort !

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 :

• Increases the quality of your sleep
• Improves your focus
• Improves your mood
• Boosts your energy during the whole day
• Improves your blood pressure
• Encourages you to eat healthier during the day

𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 :

• Get rid of your morning obligations (the ones you can) : Prepare your breakfast and sports equipment the day before
• Make it mentally "mandatory" : If you wake up and start hesitating, it's probably a lost battle already. Just go in full automatic mode until you're
• Start small : Just start with a 15-minute workout. The benefits you'll quickly feel will help you gradually increase it to longer workouts !

Starting my office days in Telenet's best kept secret (this nice gym in the garage) might become my new office day morning routine ! 😍

Having a full gym at your office is so great! Starting the day with a workout is sick of course. But the fact you don't have to drive/walk to your office is priceless. Like you finish your workout, you take a good shower and bam, you're direct at your office with a good and positive mind. Lovely! I'm a little bit jealous!
