Says the Nike European Logistics Center above the staircase of one of their 5 buildings - an inspiring message amongst all the ones you can see across their workplace. A workplace where the brand is visible to the smallest details. 🔎

More than visibility, visualization is omnipresent. Accessible-to-all processes and workflows. An impressive Lean warehouse combining automation and human intervention. 🔄

Yesterday, a group of Telenet group Agilists - Kristof Hoebeke Michaël “Rudy” Pintelon ⭐ Els Van Hecke Hania Ferdoud Ilse Somers - had the opportunity to give a visit to the Nike Agilists. If discovering another great workplace was very inspiring, the peak of the day was for me the great discussions we had, putting our challenges on the table and exploring them as mixed groups. Having these discussions and brainstorms with people from different companies helps getting rid of the “It’s how we do it here” bias and looking at it from a higher stance. 💡
