Officially Starting My Agile Journey as a Scrum Master

3 weeks ago i officially joined Telenet’s Agile journey after weeks and months of scratching the door and peeking through the window. The role of a Scrum Master is complex and various and I am more than happy of all the insights, discussions, debates, sharings and personal experimentations i already had the chance to see and live.

We are at the dawn of something really big and I’m proud and thrilled to be a part of it.
