Proving Scrum Master impact with an improvement logbook

Do you also struggle to show your impact as a Scrum Master? 😶

In 2020 we had an Excel file to check if our teams were doing all the Scrum events, with a score and a colour code at the end. If your team checked all the boxes, you were a great Scrum Master! 😅 Today almost every team does its Dailies and Retros, so that file wouldn't tell much about us anymore (not that it ever really did), and with budgets getting tighter, we need something better.

My answer was a simple improvement logbook, kept where the team could see it, and a few months later it explained my job better than I ever could. 🤷🏻‍♂️
