Retromat: A Game-Changing Tool for Retrospectives
When I started as a Scrum Master and discovered the wonderful world of Retrospectives, I took a lot of inspiration from websites like Fun Retrospectives and Retromat... and I totally forgot about the latter, until I found the paper version in my desk... so I wanted to share this great tool with you in a short video !

I love how it follows the five phases and helps you to design based on that. A lot of retros miss the step of going from gathering data to generating insights. Designing effective collaborative meetings is an important skill to develop.

I love this! Used to use something similar for lesson plans back in my teaching era. Just checked and it seems they have a small discount at the moment too, definitely sold ☺️
