Speaking about OKRs at Journée Agile 2026

How do you know your objective is actually any good?

I use three questions.
→ Does it point somewhere real?
→ Is it about the outcome, or just a task in disguise?
→ Is it inspiring AND clear?

That last one is where most objectives die. So here's my test for it:
Could you shout it Braveheart-style? Mel Gibson on the horse, blue face? 🔥

Because if nobody's ready to shout it loud, it's too weak. 🤷🏻‍♂️
