Team Building With Purpose: Beyond the Usual Games

So, a team activity is always nice, right ? A day at the sea, a big walk with a picnic, city games, adventure games... most of us have experienced quite some of them yet.

Yesterday, with 2 Squads from the Digital Domain of Telenet group we spent one (sunny) day at De Kampenhoeve Ster VZW, a non-profit organization that provides people (children and adults) donkeytherapy and more generally a quiet and safe place to bring some peace in their minds and lives.

During this day we learnt about donkeys, who they are, how they feel and we could put our busy our lives between brackets for one day of petting, cuddling, walking... and yeah, cleaning up some of their mess because it has to be done, right ? 😀
