The Handout Lesson: Preparing Content Like a Pro (Almost)

💡I love giving out handouts at the end of a conference session. It helps anchoring some learnings and creates an extra connection with the session, especially after a 2-day conference when things easily get mixed up our brains. Here’s the flow I followed for my session at XP Days Benelux :

✅ Identify the main learning points of the session
✅ Do some layout work - the day before at 9PM of course
✅ Print them and cut them if needed
✅ Prepare them in a small box
❌ Think about giving them out at the end of the session 🫠
