The Power of Sharing Expertise and Connecting Perspectives

For a week of inspiration & knowledge building activities with a group of 11 data-related teams at Elia Group, I was looking for a couple of inspiring people to join us and share their expertise. Rodrigo Sperb didn't hesitate and confirmed his presence in 2 minutes after I asked him 😊

As a result, he shared this morning his insights about prioritization, estimation and flow with a group of 70 participants. And more than a unidirectional communication, we had a very interactive session with questions, reactions, feedback and new insights emerging from those conversations. 💡
