I'm honored to have been selected as a speaker for the next edition taking place in October 2026 with a session called «The Scrum Master Of The Future» (Stop being the Scrum Master that 2016 needed) 🤩

The Scrum Master role is under pressure. Companies wiping their entire Agile workforce, or at least questioning their value. When teams need to cut down one person due to budget restrictions, the Scrum Master is often the most at risk... and I'm not sure it's really surprising. 😶

During this session I will share 10 keys I've seen make a real difference on the ground, with concrete ways to assess where you stand towards them, and start using them starting tomorrow!
