What Your Background Says About You as a Product Owner
Tell me your background and I'll tell you what kind of Product Owner you would be. 👇
→ Marketing: great Sprint Reviews, no idea what the devs are doing
→ Technical: can't be fooled by the devs, struggles with stakeholders
→ Sales: promised the feature already, without a backlog or a team
→ Project Manager: throws the team under the bus before they're even late... but hey, delivers on time
What background makes the best POs? 😬
