When vendor support goes beyond expectations

Like most big companies, Telenet group has a lot of service providers. Our collaboration with Mural started a few months ago and it would have been easy for them to now slightly decrease their presence and support.

👉 Instead, their Success Architect Theodora Petra Negrea showed a continuous support and maintained a close communication loop with us. Not only by giving us guidance, tips & tricks and keeping us updated by the latest improvements (that would be the easy part), but also by proactively proposing an open forum where Telenetters can ask their questions, a situation where in her position, one can easily feel out of their comfort zone. This session just took place and showed (based on the tremendous feedback received) that this customer-centric, solution-oriented and tailor-made approach is definitely the right one !
