Terms of Service - WWED app

1. Publisher
The app What Would Erik Do? ("WWED", "the app") is published by Hype Up SRL, Ten-Eycken 114, 4850Plombières, Belgium, company number BE 1006.232.072 ("we", "us"). By using the app, you ("the user") acceptthese Terms.
2. The service
WWED is a free sticker-hunting game: you discover WWED stickers placed in public spaces, photograph themwith their location, and earn points and badges. The app is provided "as is", for entertainment purposes.
3. Eligibility

You must be 13 or older (see the Privacy Policy).

You create an account via a magic link sent by email (no password).

You are responsible for keeping access to your email inbox secure.
4. Expected behaviour
When using WWED, you agree to:

Respect the law and others while moving around and taking photos.

Not put yourself in danger: do not play while driving, do not enter prohibited or dangerous places, and respecttraffic rules and others' property.

Not photograph identifiable people without their consent, nor any illegal, hateful, violent, sexual or offensivecontent.

Not cheat: no fake location (GPS spoofing), no doctored photos, no automation. Suspicious finds may beinvalidated.

Not disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access.
Breaching these rules may result in content being hidden, or your account being suspended or deleted.
5. User content and intellectual property

Your photos: you remain the owner of the photos you publish. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive,royalty-free licence to host, reproduce and display these photos for the purpose of operating the game (e.g.the anonymous hunt clue, see the Privacy Policy). This licence ends when you delete the content or youraccount, subject to clues already anonymised within the shared game map.

You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos you publish and that they do not infringe third-party rights.

The stickers, the "What Would Erik Do?" brand, the logo, designs and the app belong to us and are protected.No reproduction without permission.
6. Moderation
Any content may be reported by the community and hidden/removed. We may, at our discretion and in particularto comply with our legal obligations or App Store rules, remove content or suspend an account.
7. Account deactivation and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings → Delete my account). The effects ofdeletion are described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of theseTerms.
8. Service availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and wemay modify or discontinue all or part of the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

harm related to your movements or your use of the app in public spaces (you play at your own risk);

indirect damages, loss of data or loss of enjoyment;

content published by other users.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (in particular for wilful misconduct orgross negligence).
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Liège, withoutprejudice to the rights granted to consumers by law.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms. For significant changes, you will be informed in the app. Continued use constitutesacceptance.
