Devenir Scrum Master SAFe: la théorie face à la réalité
Bon, me voilà Scrum Master SAFe maintenant. 💁🏻♂️
Et même un Scrum Master SAFe AI-Empowered! ⚡️
J'ai remarqué quelque chose d'assez amusant en préparant cet examen: tout le monde pense connaître SAFe. Moi y compris. Mais en réalité, la plupart d'entre nous avons été en contact avec un framework de scaling qui ressemble vaguement à SAFe, ou qui a emprunté sa terminologie.
J'ai appris cela à mes dépens: j'ai répondu à partir de mon expérience personnelle plutôt que de mes connaissances théoriques, et j'ai échoué à ma première tentative. 😨
En plongeant dans la théorie pour la deuxième manche, j'ai appris beaucoup de choses... et j'en ai oublié encore plus.
💡 Si vous avez travaillé dans un environnement Agile à grande échelle, vous savez qu'il est difficile de maintenir l'agilité dont nous avons besoin.
🔀 Si vous avez travaillé dans une grande entreprise sans un framework de scaling clairement défini, vous savez qu'il est difficile de rester aligné avec le reste de l'organisation.
La combinaison des deux est une cible très serrée à viser, mais elle vaut la peine d'être poursuivie chaque jour!
Alors, si on considère que c'est le premier niveau des certifications SAFe, quel devrait être le prochain? 😊

Daniel Zerkowitz It was mostly a few details in the mechanics, like: - SAFe prescribes using the Sprint Planning to define the Stories to work on in the Sprint (erm, "Iteration") and then, derive a few Sprint Goals out of it while Scrum advices to first define ONE Sprint Goal, and then define the Backlog items that will help achieving this Goal - Coach Sync (Scrum of Scrums) is facilitated by the RTE while in my Agile experience, this kind of sessions are facilitated by whoever wants to facilitate it - The clear fact that defining a Team Charter (team agreements) is the responsibility of the Scrum Master, while in my experience it was just a tool like others (and therefore, you use it or not) So way more prescriptive than I was used to.
