What makes it even funnier is over the last 10 years or more, al the JIRA’s I have seen where configured differently, and in most cases I did not have the rights to configure them…

I think we all suspect what kind of actual job is expected here, based on how that title is framed: the Jira police Scrum Master (dysfunctional) archetype.
